I'm likely giving this a higher score than it deserves. I'm biased given the similar experience Antonio describes in his oddly paced debut, and the one that I've personally had in Silicon Valley. In particular, he boldly goes into detail about a number of people that I consider friends, which caught me off guard. Overall, it's a good introduction to some of the mechanics you might find in the Bay Area, especially if you're interested in understanding how someone could so quickly go from startup employee, to startup founder, to Facebook.
