Part biography, part advice - Grind was one of the most honest perspectives on entrepreneurship that I’ve ever read. The narrative is due in large part to the company Michael built at Biggby Coffee, an industry that allows him to use the raw imagery of his early days mopping floors and cleaning dishes, to emphasize his point that it’s incredibly difficult to build a business. This book can be the smack in the mouth that most entrepreneurs need early into their venture, if they know to look for it!
